Kelsey is an amazing hair stylist who always does a wonderful job with my residents’ haircuts. She is kind, patient, and truly lovable in the way she interacts with everyone. Her work is always neat, professional, and done with so much care. My residents feel comfortable and happy every time she visits, and I appreciate the effort she puts into making them look and feel their best. I only book appointments with Kelsey on my shifts because I fully trust her work and the positive experience she brings every time. I highly recommend Kelsey for her excellent skills and her beautiful attitude toward the people she serves.

We’ve had our haircuts done by Alona, and the experience has always been excellent. My teenage son is her client, and she does a fantastic job every time. Alona listens carefully to what the client wants, cuts very precisely, and keeps her workspace clean and tidy. She easily finds the right approach even with teenagers, and I’m sure she can work comfortably with clients of any age. Alona has also been very flexible with scheduling and always helps us find a convenient time. While Alona is on maternity leave, my son has been getting his haircuts with Lyudmyla at the same salon, and we are very happy with her service as well. She is professional, attentive, and maintains the high standard of care we appreciate. We’re looking forward to Alona’s return, and we fully trust this salon with my son’s haircuts. Highly recommend!

Today I had an appointment with the wonderful Mila — the haircut turned out absolutely perfect! Everything was neat, stylish, and exactly the way I wanted. I had highlights and a haircut done by Janaya at the new location at the yard. The highlights turned out beautiful (so beautiful that in the moment, I didn’t notice what was going on with the cut as I was so excited to have my hair done professionally) however I had asked for a trim with long layers and did not receive that. Not only do I not consider the layers I received to be long like I had requested them to be, but she used thinning shears without asking me or telling me what she was doing. I did not realize the extent she was going to when she was cutting it/using the thinning shears (I thought maybe she was just softening the layers so they didn’t look too blunt) and I did not notice until I was home how thin she had made my hair because I am not used to wearing my hair styled (I have naturally 2b-2c wavy/curly hair and normally wear it as it air dries). My hair is now half as thick as it was (I had lots of hair before this and now it looks pitiful in braids or up in pony tail) and the thinning shears have made my hair look like I have lots of all over breakage, especially when I wear my hair natural because the curl clumps are ruined from them being thinned. I will now have to style my hair or try to braid it every day to hide what the thinning shears have done until it grows back. The crazy part is that I already have an autoimmune condition that can cause bald patches, which I stated to her before the haircut and told her how much my hair has grown back and thickened in the last year or so since I’ve gotten treatment for it so it makes no sense why she would thin my hair after I told her about my hair struggles I’ve had. I totally regret coming here and do not recommend unless you want your hair thinner or a stylist that gets “scissor happy”. I am very disappointed for the cost that I paid and the time it’s going to take for my hair to recover from this mess.
