Hands down, best A&W we have been too. They never fail to give our dog a treat everytime we come, and the one time he wasn’t with us, they still gave us a treat to take home for him. Always friendly, and exceptional service which is very hard to find these days. We always enjoy coming here and will be back!

We went through the drive through and were helped by an employee named Timmy. I have never had better customer service in all my life. Not only was he polite, we were greeted at the window with a great smile. As we waited for our food, he brought us out our coffees first even though it was 30 below. When he brought us out our food, he wished us a great day! Such great service.

Ordered a lettuce wrapped mozzarella burger to go, received this? Slapped together and sauce literally poured onto it. There’s also more sauce on the underside of the burger?!! It’s all sauce?!!! To the trash it goes.

We love coming here - they give my dog treats through the drive thru and the food is always great. Fantastic service and a quick line!

Exceptional service! Great coffee and food! They recognized I had kids from the car seats and gave us rootbeer suckers! My favourite! I will have to treck out there more often in Martensville! Thanks again, you made my morning that much better!

I travel a lot and have a hard time with eating at fast food places due to cold food or not the right order and such. But this place I received my food very hot and fresh and service and atmosphere was fantastic. I would recommend this restaurant anytime. Thank you staff and management for the care you put into creating a welcoming place to eat.

I love this location. I’ve been coming here forever. They’re very good, food is awesome here that’s why I am giving 5 star rating but past two experiences haven’t been good and were disappointing that I would like to share, The guy with thick voice doesn’t understand what he’s doing, messed up my coffee yesterday and had a hard time understanding him today as well his actions turned out to be rude. He shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Late Saturday evening, after a very long, exhausting day, I went through the Martensville A&W Drive-thru. After I paid for my Mama Burger the young lady said they had to make a fresh patty so it would take a few minutes. Because I was tired (and cranky ), I grumbled something about having to wait (yah, I know.... 1st world problems). A few minutes later she brought out my food. Imagine my wonderful surprise when I found she included an apple turnover in my order. I'm assuming it was to make up for the wait. She absolutely flipped my mood around. Made my day !! Thank you.

This is the best A&W I've been to! They make a wonderful strawberry smoothie, and the food actually looks like the pictures! None of the ones in Saskatoon compare. As most fast-food places are now, it's a little pricey, but you really get what you pay for.
