3 'n 1 Construction

Just had some new vents installed on our roof and the roofer who installed them pointed out some very upsetting realizations. 11 years ago Ken with 3in1 construction installed new shingles and replaced an electric attic vent with a smaller standard vent. Instead of replacing the roof boards to properly secure the new vines and shingles he only used two thin straps of wood used to nail the shingle and vent to. This caused a dip in the roof and if anyone would have stepped close to it they would have gone through, creating a hole. Super upsetting after 11 years to fine this out.
