I appreciate the fact that the company cares about their customers. Good work, keep it up. I am only giving 4 stars to food because some locations makes it better than others but otherwise I am satisfied.

Hi bought an 2 slice pepperoni it was hard as hell ask the lady in counter her response rude if owner sees take action immediately rude customer service not welcoming. Date 21 feb 2026 time 1.45 pm

Called 241, he was completely ignorant. He kept raising his voice to tell me to stop yelling.. I was not yelling at all, I tried to explain that I was not yelling but he kept on and continued to yell at me louder... I eventually hung up. I got my friend to call and place the exact order with the same fellow, the Albert Street location and he told her " you laughing at me, you making jokes". We tried to communicate with this gentleman and he proceeded to get louder and aggressive. Absolutely terrible/! /!!

Love the pizza from the Albert st location but I moved and now when I call I get routed to the rochdale location even though I’m way closer to the Albert st location. Much better product and service from the Albert location.

This place has gotten so shady both times I've ordered recently the delivery guy tried to ask for more than what I was quoted on the phone then when I asked for the receipt he acted like the 5 bucks he tried to add was just a honest mistake ...don't order from these guys clearly new owners used to be good service now it's just a scam it seems

For the second time I've went in now the older guy behind the till just seems to be in a bad mood. I ordered the first time and this last time I just turned around and walked out. Was not a very inviting atmosphere, they usually sell big slices of pizza and when I went in they were much smaller today.

This location continues to provide the best & most tasty, filling pizza for delivery within $30 $25.75 ish before tips in regina for the last 16 years I’ve ordered from this restaurant a single large pizza four topping is more than enough to feed a couple, order their wing combo and some suicide sauce if you’re feeling spicy :) thank you for providing a competitive service for so many years in regina
