JHES. JHES. JHES. That’s all you need to know. This was my first workout at this gym, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. Jhes completely exceeded all my expectations. Her attention to detail, deep professionalism, and thoughtful approach to training are absolutely outstanding. She doesn’t just tell you what to do — she truly sees you, understands your body, and adjusts everything with so much care and precision. Every movement felt intentional, safe, and effective. You can instantly feel that she knows exactly what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients’ results and well-being. I’ve been training with Jhes at 2110 Fitness and it’s truly been life changing for both my fitness, lifestyle and mindset. What I love most about her approach is that it’s not just about working out — it’s about building consistency and confidence, and creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. As a woman, I feel it is very important to find a personal trainer who understands how to tailor workouts to my goals while encouraging strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Jhes does exactly that. She takes the time to explain every workout, and keeps them challenging. I’ve learned so much about weightlifting and love pushing myself and my goals. Jhes always reminds me to celebrate progress, not perfection. Which is a big one for me! Her encouragement and accountability have helped me stay consistent even on busy days, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my energy, strength, and mindset. While the majority of my workouts are at done in my home gym via remote coaching, I always love the in person workouts at 2110 Fitness because it is a positive and supportive environment — it feels like being part of a community that truly wants to see you succeed. If you’re looking for a personal trainer or coach who focuses on lifestyle, balance, and lasting results, I can’t recommend Coach Jhes and 2110 Fitness enough!

I’ve been training at 2110 Fitness for about 10 months now, doing three group personal training sessions each week, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. My main goals were to get stronger and improve my overall fitness, and Cory has done an amazing job helping me get there. What I really like is how the training plan constantly evolves — it never feels repetitive or boring. Cory finds a way to push me just enough to make progress while keeping things fun and engaging. The atmosphere is super friendly and supportive, and it’s clear that the coaches really care about their clients’ success. Even on the days I show up tired, I always leave feeling better, stronger, and more motivated. If you’re looking for personal training that’s professional, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable, I can’t recommend 2110 Fitness enough.

2110 fitness is the best. 10/10 recommend for this place for any level. Everyone is friendly, great vibes, and all the trainers are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and well rounded in the health and fitness world! If you have goals these guys n gals will help you get there!! I started training with Cory back in June or July (I can’t remember) after knowing him personally for about 2 years. He definitely knows what he is talking about and knows how to help you achieve your fitness goals. I started with absolutely zero knowledges in the gym/health world and because of Cory, I am now taking his knowledge with me in the gym 3-5 days a week, am weighing/tracking all of my food, and am even taking creatine. Because of Cory’s guidance, I am down 15lbs and my BMI is going down. I would highly recommend Cory to anyone and I can’t wait to go back to seeing him again soon!
