Have been ordering here for years and always get great pizza. Total consitancy can't be easy to achieve, but each time we know exactly what we are getting and truly enjoy it .

Decided to try this Family Pizza for the first time in a couple years. We ordered the ham and cheese pizza and a barbeque chicken pizza. Spent $55 on two xl pizzas and it barely had any sauce or flavouring. Seriously disappointed, might as well have went with Domino’s if I wanted sub-par pizza. Family Pizza always used to be so good, not so much anymore.

ordered 1st time for pickup- drive in from neighbouring town; I called to let manager know one of the pastas I ordered was good - the other was half good because seemed like no sauce on one half!? Triple cheese pizza sticks? Dry as dust- was disappointed 😔. Manager’s response? Is that everything? I said wanted you to know- I had mentioned this was my first time - recently moved. Wow, she said thank you and hung up- so I recommend checking all your food when you pick up… or try somewhere else. Best of luck out there🍁

Pizza is good but shockingly small. The 3 mediums for $33 feels like a rip off. You get significantly more pizza with a competitor than you do with family pizza. See below for calculations. Would not recommend to a friend. Calculations: Family pizza medium size: 10" Competitors: 12" This means competitors mediums have 113 square inches of pizza, while family pizza only has 78 square inches! That means you get 44% more pizza going with a competitor. Across every size they offer, they seem to always be 2" smaller than competitors. Quality is good, but volume is not. Do what you want with this information.
