Called 1Click Heating today for some information about my heat pump power consumption. Dylan Steinberg answered and remembered me from their installation last march. He was quite concerned about the heat pump power consumption and immediately filed a request to have a meter installed and no cost to me to monitor the pumps power consumption. 1Click Heating is a very good, courteous and professional company. After speaking to Brandon Fenech from 1Click Heating and Cooling we decided to install a new heat pump furnace to replace our oil furnace. In doing so we also had to upgrade our electrical panel from 100 to 200 amps. We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness from everyone who worked on the installation and electrical. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job. We live in Trenton NS and we had 1click install our heat pumps. We were not sure of how everything worked but we were in contact with Dylan Steinberg who helped us through all the steps and paperwork. The installation was done in 1 day and the workers were polite and professional.our house is approximately 100 years old and we had 3 air conditioners to try to cool our house this summer and when heat pumps were installed we were in heaven. I went through 1 click for my heat pumps, I would highly recommend this company! They were very professional and always available for questions. I spoke mostly with Brandon Fenech. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always returned my calls very quickly. I am so happy with my heat pumps and with the professionalism of this company!
