I have been getting my hair cut and styled at 11 Eleven Salon for a few years now and I just love the way my stylist Jeannine does my hair every visit! She is an experienced stylist with updated training and has beautiful hair herself! She has been so helpful to me while I have been transitioning to grey after coloring my hair for many years. Jeannine has given me so much confidence while I am "going grey" and helps me embrace my different natural colors which thanks to her are blending beautifully! She always knows what I want when I come in for a cut and will suggest how much to cut and texturize. She also gives me an amazing scalp massage at the sink at every appointment! I always feel so pampered and feel like a million bucks when I leave. I get so many compliments on my hair and have had people ask me where I get my hair done. I am so happy a friend recommended this salon to me! It is a clean, modern salon with trendy decor and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this salon!💓

This salon is amazing! The atmosphere is a such a feel good vibe. Mercedes did my hair and I feel absolutely amazing. She was so great to chat with. I will never go anywhere else, Mercedes is stuck with me for life.

I took my 7-year-old daughter to 11Eleven Salon Company to get part of her hair dyed pink with Mercedes Prior, and the entire experience was fantastic. The salon is spotless, well-organized, and offers free parking. Mercedes was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter—she made her feel comfortable and special throughout the process. The color turned out beautifully, and my daughter is absolutely thrilled. Highly recommend Mercedes at 11Eleven Salon Company for anyone looking for great service in a warm, welcoming environment.

I came in with very long, very dry hair that was in desperate need of some rejuvenation and got exactly what I asked for! I have been seeing Ken for years and she does a flawless job every single time, so I knew that it was about time I paid her a visit. Had a botched hair job at another near by salon, review is posted, and I came in hopeless. Had a consultation with Mercedes and she was willing to take on the challenge to restore me to blonde. The salon is in a great location, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I was offered a beverage and we got down to work. Mercedes is a very lovely woman and made me feel so comfortable and confident.
