Friendly and creative with skillz to back it up-- would definitely recommend! I've been going to Zouzou for about 5 years now and Joseph has seen me through several different hairstyle phases. A few folks in my friend group also send their kids to see him so he seems to have something for everyone.

Hands-down best place I’ve gone to get men’s haircuts. Joseph is super kind and accommodating, as well as quick without compromising quality. Great prices, lovely dog, 10/10.

My husband loves getting his haircut here! He always comes out looking fresh and clean, really knows how to get it right every time. The place has a nice vibe, and the service is quick but never rushed. Definitely his go-to spot for a great cut!

Absolutely Horrible Experience! Avoid at All Costs! I’m honestly shocked this barber shop has a 4.8 rating. I came in for my first time after growing my hair out for over a year, specifically to get a clean, styled cut with enough length to work with. I was extremely clear about what I wanted. I showed the barber multiple photos, videos, and reference clips. I even asked him to take it slow. After two snips, he confidently says, “I got it.” Spoiler: he did NOT get it. He immediately started cutting the sides WAY too short. I barely sat down for a minute before I saw a practically bald side part. I stopped him right there, visibly upset, and tried to explain that this was not even close to what I wanted. His response? Defensive and dismissive. “To be honest, it looks good,” he said, still trying to defend a cut that looked nothing like what I showed him. The worst part? Instead of owning his mistake or trying to fix it, he had to take another client while I was there looking upset in one chair. It was so embarrassing. I was left there, stunned, humiliated, and trying to figure out what to do. I could tell he just wanted me gone! he even told me to stop looking at the mirror, like I shouldn’t be allowed to react to his mistake. When I asked for a hair product at the end (trying to salvage something out of this mess), it felt like I was inconveniencing him, as if I didn’t just get my confidence shattered. As if that will be some sort of payment for what he did. I left feeling anxious, depressed, and honestly violated. This wasn’t just a bad haircut! it was the complete opposite of what I came in for, after investing a year growing out my hair. Now I have to go to another professional the next day and spend more money just to fix this disaster. I didn’t even get my headshots done because of how bad I felt. He was only apologetic, when i said he wasnt sorry. He claimed he was sorry, but was really insincere, very defensive. Kept saying i look good. I lost my confidence. You might say it’s no big deal, and it’s just hair. No, it’s not just hair. I told him im having hair loss, and I’m on rogain, and spend thousands of dollars to take care of it. But he just felt it was okay to ruin people’s hair like that. Overconfident, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. If you value your hair, your time, or your mental well-being stay far away. Postponed my work, headshot for my worst haircut ever. And he think he fixed it by giving me a hair spary! Also he cut my ear and bled, acted like it was nothing.
