This was my first time at Zoom. I chose them based on community Facebook recommendations and from what I had read on their website. I value quality, knowledge and experience in my salon and my stylist and it took me quite some time to decide on a new salon and stylist after my last stylist left the country. Luckily my research paid off with my recent visit to Lindsey for a cut. We hit it off immediately and the cut she gave me was a fabulous refresh for much neglected bob. Lindsey was great as was the style and vibe of the Zoom salon. I look forward to returning again for a colour and cut in the near future.

Angela is beyond talented at what she does - I just got a balayage done and I don’t think I could imagine a better result. Not only did she understand exactly what I was looking for not only in appearance but in maintenance and upkeep, but she was such a pleasure to talk to. Even though I have very thick hair that took extra time to complete, she took the time to truly take care of me and my hair. Even her prices were amazing. If you are looking for a stylist who has it all, she is truly the best. I cannot wait to come back! Also want to shout out the receptionist/assistant as well as the other stylist who were nothing but kind and helpful. Truly such an amazing clinic!

Don’t be fooled by Ivy Tatlock’s straight hair. She provided the best curly hair cut of my life. She’s an excellent conversationalist and shared some care and maintenance tips that have kept my hair happy. Even several months later, my hair has kept the definition and shape that I was looking for when I came to Ivy. I really appreciate the attention to detail and time she spent with every section. I had the best experience and look forward to visiting Zoom again. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of visiting Zoom Hair Studio today and was lucky enough to have Andie work her magic on my hair. She gave me an absolutely flawless haircut, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the result! Andy is such a bright, warm, and friendly person who made the whole experience feel so special. She’s incredibly skilled and knows exactly what she’s doing. I truly feel blessed to have found her. Thank you, Andie , for the beautiful work you did you’re amazing! 🤩

I had my first haircut with Andy, and I couldn’t be happier! She was incredibly considerate and attentive, really listening to what I wanted. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and I left feeling so happy with the result. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience really enjoyable. Highly recommend her! Usually I don't comment but I have to appreciate her efforts. Please let Andy know she's amazing 👏 Thank you Andy for helping me. 😁 I also want to thank the beautiful lady at reception who served me tea — she was so kind and made the visit extra special. Such a lovely, welcoming experience overall!
