I went almost two months ago to get my hair done. Although the cut itself was good, I was not 100% happy with the outcome in the end. I felt although my stylist was friendly and talkative, I didn’t appreciate her not taking what I wanted in consideration. I didn’t want to be rude because the cut was good, but I feel like what I said about not wanting my hair a certain way didn’t get acknowledged. I had told her that it was my first time at the Langley location, but I had gone to the Metrotown location. I was then asked why I went to a random hair salon and not another salon instead. Which didn’t jive with me. I would have given the Langley location another chance, but being questioned why I picked a random hair salon makes me not want to go back. If I do decide to come back, I won’t go with the stylist I had.

I booked a level 3 appointment with Sonia and I guess she was running behind, so instead of calling me to cancel they stuck me with a stylist who couldn't cut a simple bob. Sonia tried to fix my hair, but at the end of the day it looks terrible and im not sure if I have enough hair left on my head to even have it fixed somewhere else. I'm so disappointed that I grew my hair out for 8 months just to have this happen, and the worst part is that if I didn't speak up for myself then everyone in the salon was just going to allow me to have a horrible haircut. I ended up taking a 10% discount but shouldn't have had to pay to have my hair ruined. If you decide to come here make sure you are having your hair cut by the stylist you booked with, or just skip this salon all together.

Shirley did an amazing job on my hair today! My hair feels so much lighter and manageable! She told me about a scalp treatment that helped with any buildup and really made sure that it was worked in. My only grievances are the hovering when asked to review, and the inability to have a smoothly flowing conversation. It made it a bit awkward while having my service done.

Paid $100 and walked out with ruined hair. The stylist ignored what I asked for which was a simple easy job of toning a few highlights down but instead died over my entire head of hair leaving no highlights visible ..the assistant manager (Narla) made up lies, and the salon manager (Hayley) does not return calls or emails. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and zero professionalism. If you’re searching for a good salon, avoid this one — unless you want to waste your money and have your hair destroyed and have them completely ignore you. Would give zero stars!

I just brought my kiddo in for a pixie cut, and walked out with a mullet with terrible bangs. The cut took an hour, too. I asked to speak with the manager, who was kind and gracious and tried to salvage the hair. She is why I went for 2 stars and not one. But, even after the second attempt the bad haircut is still apparent. Just in time for Christmas. I will not return for a hair cut and you shouldn’t either.
