I am so happy to have found Zen Active! Aliyah and Jessica are knowledgeable and skilled practitioners who have really helped me with my healing. More importantly they are the most positive, genuine, and caring health professionals I have ever met. I feel they truly want to help you improve physically, mentally and emotionally and I so appreciate their holistic intention. I highly recommend this amazing clinic!

I was so happy to meet Aaliyah @ ZenActive with long term known Chiropraticien's recommendation. I can feel great progress each time of visit. Massage Technique with SHIATSU gives me so much healing of pain. I highly recommend !

Zen Active is an amazing community of practitioner's and healers. A few years ago I was looking for an acupuncturist and I came across Zen Active. Since then I have also seen Aliyah and Maki. They both create such a welcoming and loving environment. They have helped me so much over the last year. I always feel so uplifted after my sessions with them. I currently see Hogan for acupuncture and he has helped me so much over the last few months. My body has leveled up so much over the last few years. Whether your looking for acupuncture, energy healing, RMT or some healing goodies this is an amazing place and I highly recommend them.

She is a compassionate expert with an incredible gift — you can truly feel how much she cares about helping others. The atmosphere at Zen Active is always peaceful and welcoming, and we absolutely love their Zen Fairs and workshops! They create such a supportive, uplifting community. Highly recommend!
