SO MANY WONDERFUL THERAPIES I regularly use the infrared sauna at Zen Natural Wellness, and it has become an essential part of my wellness routine. The space is always clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff are knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy. The infrared sauna provides a deep, gentle heat that helps with relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. I consistently leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and re-energized. What I really appreciate is the variety of therapies available — it makes it easy to support wellness from multiple angles in one place. Zen Natural Wellness truly feels aligned with a holistic, preventative approach to health. Highly recommend for anyone looking to incorporate regular sauna therapy and other natural wellness treatments into their routine.

My fiance and I come here a decent amount for the salt therapy and red light sauna. I find it user helpful for my asthma and congestion! And it can provide me noticeable relief for up to a whole month! Great facility. Super calming and clean. Well worth it

I have been here for a couple floats which was amazing, but tonight was incredible. I brought my son who has some breathing issues in for the halo salt therapy and right after we came out of the treatment he was saying how happy he is and how much better he feels. I fully recommend Zen! Thank you guys!

I’ve been floating for many years and I really enjoy my experiences at ZEN Natural Wellness. The owners are genuinely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Like any float facility, the float cabins can have a unique scent - similar to a salt mine with a salty, humid, aquatic smell - which is completely normal given the high concentration of Epsom salt. With a thorough shower afterwards, I’ve always found that any residual salt or scent washes off easily. I personally take a few extra steps that work well for me, such as using a small dab of Vicks VapoRub around my nostrils, and bringing my own shampoo and conditioner for after the float (while still using their pre-float wash beforehand). While the strong Epsom salt smell isn’t my favourite, the physical and mental benefits I feel after floating make it absolutely worth it every time.

Nice facilities and variety of options offered at this location. However, if you run cold, I wouldn't recommend the float tank here. It was too cold for most of it, so relaxation pretty much flew out the window. If you don't run cold, then it'll probably be fine for you!
