I have had a massage once a week for the past 15 years. This experience was above and beyond anything I’ve ever encountered. It was intense and professional. Therapist was engaged and I could feel the dedication to the intention of healing. Sasha is exceptional at what he does. Best massage I’ve ever received. Thank you!!!

This was the best massage I have ever had in my life. No joke. It was a birthday gift from my husband for my 50th, and wow, it was the best gift ever! I felt like a fully cooked noodle afterward. (Normally I'm él dente with my tight muscles) Seriously, if you want results for the first time ever, go to Sasha. I have had piriformis syndrome for more than 2 years. I've had multiple treatments done to try to 'help' it but nothing has worked so far. Sasha was working deep down to the point where I nearly called uncle, but the muscle partially released. I can't believe it (partially) released! It's been years! It didn't fully release so I'll have to go back! Oh shucky darn...😀 Sasha always noticed when I was about to break and would tell me to breathe and ask if I wanted to move on to another muscle. At this point I came out of my stupor and blurted out 'nope, I paid for this pain!' (I guess I really truly wanted the whole experience) I had the ultimate massage experience with the red light therapy and I can't stress enough how frickin fantastic the whole experience was. It's a great location where it's tucked in between thriving downtown businesses. Free parking is always a bonus. (3 hours) You punch in a code so you feel safe the moment you walk in the door. Sasha made me feel welcome and calm with their demeanor and knowledge. Sasha asked me what I was comfortable with and said that if I didnt like the area being worked on, to just say 'next' and we'd move on. I got to pick my music which I chose the soft Jazz. Some people like rain or silence (?) but in my opinion, the soft jazz was the cherry on top. Perfecto. I'm not antisocial or a snob, but when I'm getting a massage, I want soft relaxing spa type music and a massage, not a 'let's get-to-know-each-other-thoroughly-in-the-next-2-hours' session. If you're like me, go to Sasha, this is what you're looking for. Sasha is very very thorough and strong and got deep down where others have not been able to get to. One of my muscles released and it caught Sasha off guard and tipped over a little. It was kinda funny..I'm not sure but I may have said something like, 'oh thank you Jesus! loud enough for others to hear me. They know I'm getting a massage, right? If you can breathe through the pain, you can get those muscles worked out. Sasha released muscles on my neck and back that have been thick ropes for years. Seriously, years! I loved how Sasha popped those sucker's like they were brand new. No massage therapist has been able to get those ones. Not a single one! But Sasha did, and it seemed easy! I tell ya, when those muscles popped, it was pure joy and satisfaction!!! Sasha massaged areas I had no idea could be massaged. It was an extrememly sensual and sensational deep tissue massage session. I feel so much more flexible now too! Sasha also offered to blow-dry my hair afterward because it was chilly out. I really appreciated being asked because it was something I was thinking about ... do I go out with soaking wet hair..? Nope! Sasha covered that too! Full experience. :) Sasha and my right butt cheek have unfinished business so I'll be going back! Thank you hubby for googling Zen Den and buying me a gift certificate! GC's are perfect for birthday, anniversary and Christmas gifts... ;) See you again soon my friend :)

Absolutely incredible! I felt like I was getting the kind of treatment celebrities get. I’m so happy to have finally found a spa that offers such a complete and luxurious experience, a thorough foot massage, head massage, hair and scalp treatment, full body massage, facial, and even red light therapy, all in one session. The Japanese head spa was unlike anything I’ve ever had! Sasha is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and his technique made the entire experience feel personalized and special. The atmosphere was calm and soothing. I left feeling completely refreshed, glowing, and so pampered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxury level experience.

This was absolutely the best spa experience I’ve ever had in my life. The massage was amazing, I’ve never had such an intense, deep tissue massage. I felt so relaxed, like I was melting into the bed. The red light therapy is such a nice touch and the head spa part of it was so wonderful as well. The practitioner, Sasha, is clearly very experienced and very dedicated to giving you an incredible experience from start to finish. I would recommend this place to everyone I know, I would say a little hidden gem in our city. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Look forward to going back again:)

Wow!! So on a whim I reached out to Sasha as I had a bad experience the day before with another massage therapist. I couldn't sleep and was in so much pain. Sasha was able to get me in on a Saturday and man he did not disappoint. I was a new person afterwards. My flexibility was better, my pain was gone and I slept the whole night without pain for the first time in years. Will absolutely return and recommend him to anyone needing a deep massage. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
