Very very happy! I've never hired an electrician before and I feel like I lucked out finding Zell Electric (Cyril). Professional, skilled, trustworthy, dependable, patient, flexible and friendly; someone you'd welcome into you house for a cup of coffee. The quality of his work, the turnaround of time, is five star value. Highly recommend Cyril. He will be first call every time, all the time in Kelowna. Thanks again Zell Electric!

I found Zelle electric on my first Google search, called the number, the owner answered the phone late evening, and said he would be out at 9 AM the following day. Sure enough shortly after 9 AM Cyril Zell arrived, I explained what needed to be done. A way he went and started working immediately and less than an hour and a half later everything was done. Very professional, clean, even had all these equipment on his own blanket. I had procrastinated six years to call an electrician for installing a plug on the wall so that I don’t have to use an extension cord from a far away receptacle. I would not hesitate to call Cyril Zell in the future. Very friendly, very clean, and very professional! Very rare customer service at this level in today’s world. I am 100% satisfied.

We have started using Cyril and he is so responsive, thorough and has been nothing but impressive with his electrical skills and communication. We have continued to use him at multiple buildings and he is now our first call for Electrical services.
