Look at the owners response in my photos as well as a screenshot of their guaranteed redo policy. I was given a gift card for Christmas and I can’t even get a refund to go get my hair done somewhere else. I can’t believe this company is literally OK with treating customers like that. These photos are less than two hours after I left their studio Does this look like I sat for 4.5 hours and a full head of highlights?? Please help!! Zazou is refusing their “guaranteed redo” policy and it’s so bad….What do I do????

The staffs are polite and care about customers and Shirin is nice and profitable hairdresser I have been coming to Zazou every two months to see Shirin for my hair color, and she never disappoints. Today, I decided to get highlights and a completely new hair color. Shirin is a true professional—she and front desk staff even stayed at the salon until 10 PM tonight just to make sure my hair was perfect. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a stylist who is dedicated and skilled!

I had a terrible experience at Lynn Valley Zazou Salon. I specifically requested a free-ammonia color service and clearly stated that I was pregnant and did NOT want any bleach used. The salon assured me that no bleach would be applied. About 2 months later, another salon confirmed that my hair had in fact been bleached with strong products and that the bleached areas had been covered with darker color!! When I contacted Zazou, although they confirmed using bleach, refused to take responsibility. The same issue occurred to my friend, whose hair was also bleached without her consent and severely damaged. A redo was offered but only worsened the condition of her hair. Zazou Salon is absolutely not a trustworthy place.

I’m so happy with my layered haircut! Shirin took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly before starting. The layers are beautifully blended, give my hair great movement, and are super easy to style. The cut feels fresh, light, and very flattering. You can truly tell they’re experienced and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at Zazou, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The salon has such a beautiful, relaxing ambience — from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. A special shoutout to Shirin, who was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and genuinely talented. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my hair! I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend both Zazou and Shirin if you’re looking for exceptional service and a wonderful salon experience.
