The crew was working in a Westwyn building, laying fiber optic cable. It is an old ten-story building, all concrete. It was a very large and complex project, and they did a great job. The crew did everything very carefully, with minimal noise. All construction debris and dust were cleaned up immediately. The leader Jerry coordinated all the work perfectly and patiently explained the necessity of it to the residents. Thank you for the excellent job.

I contacted Zapp Electrical LTD to install EV Charging to our house. Mr. Zapp called the same day and we scheduled for a job to be done. Mr. Zapp team came prepared and finish the job very quickly. Professional, excellent quality service, market priced, and prompt. If you want a no B.S. electrical service that can actually do required building inspection quality, this is the one. Also, we hired Zapp Electrical to install Fiber Optics-done perfectly in two hours- after dealing with 8 different FO contractors from a major telecommunications company who could not get the job done over more than a two month period. So, pleased.

Zapp electrical showed up to evaluate the site and did a professional plan to complete the work. They showed up with all the necessary supplies and tools to complete the job, and not to mention on time with all work schedules. It’s not every day, that you see this level of pride that goes into a job. In our case, there was no excuses and the work got done in a timely fashion that exceeded all of our expectations. This company is highly focussed on customer satisfaction, and in our case we were highly satisfied.

The team from Zapp Electrical Contractors recently installed a new 50amp receptacle for my plug in hybrid vehicle charger. The job was completed quickly and the crew was polite and professional. They took extra care to make sure the cable run alongside my house was neatly installed and left the rooms they were working in cleaner than they found them! I highly recommend!!
