Had similar relaxing ear spa treatments while in Japan and this place was no different. Considering how there aren’t many clinics like these across the entire country (I think it’s only here and another place in Waterloo, ON and that’s it), the prices they charge make it worth it.

Coco was so gentle in doing the ear wax removal for me, and she reassured that she will not do anything that’s too close to the ear drum. Recommend her! But price is a bit on the high side, $65 for 45 mins session. If you just want ear wax removal, the basic packages would definitely be good enough!

Coco's ear wax removal service is the best ever that I have experienced in Metro Vancouver. I called the store by Google searching and had an appointment very soon. Coco served me with professional removal. She also listened to my concerns and kindly suggested me for specialist consult. The whole service was smooth, gentle and caring. Thanks to her consideration, the result was above expectation. Definitely will be back to Coco once needed.
