Yuki is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She knows exactly where the pain points are and does an amazing job relieving the tension. She always checks in about the pressure and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the session. Because of my job, my shoulders and legs get tight very often, but after a massage with Yuki I always feel so much lighter and relaxed. The atmosphere at U & Spa is also wonderful. very clean, calming, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, and I will 100% be coming back again!

I booked a couples massage here and I honestly wish I hadn’t. From start to finish, it was the worst massage I’ve ever received in my life. Both my partner and I left in more pain than when we walked in. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience felt aggressive and uncomfortable the entire time. The pressure wasn’t just firm - it was painful - and despite subtle cues that it was too much, nothing changed. There was no sense of flow, no relaxation, and no attention to comfort. It felt rushed and mechanical rather than therapeutic. A couples massage should feel calming and enjoyable together — instead, we were both counting down the minutes until it was over.

My husband and I had a deep tissue massage with a foot massage today, and oh my word. AMAZING. We had been walking multiple days in the city and worked a trade show for 2 days, so needless to say our bodies were destroyed. My masseuse was a magician. She found every knot and melted it away. Truly skilled at her craft. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place!!

Superb spot for a foot massage and full body massage! The space is so lovely, big, clean. Lots of individual treatment rooms, couple rooms and even a huge room that can fit up to 10 people. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the neck massage, foot massage and body massage with stones! Pressure is excellent.
