I hired them b/c of the reviews, but that was a mistake b/c in my case in one area they did a complete rush and lousy job. Painting requires smoothing out the walls or at least I would expect them to know that, and clean lines. I tried to contact them but was avoided. Terrible business practice.

Djordje and Alexi did a really good job painting my new home. They were very quick, did it in the span of 3 days. One thing that did come up on the first day of painting was how I needed a third coat. This ended up increasing the cost from the original estimate. I would ask for two quotes to be prepared for contingencies.

Djordje and his Yucan Property team did an amazing job painting our house, and staining our back deck. They were very responsive, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residential paint job.
