Five Stars – Worth the Drive from Saskatchewan We had an amazing experience at You First Dental. If you’re looking for a family-friendly clinic — whether for your children, yourself, or as a senior seeking a reliable dentist — this is the place. You First Dental truly puts their patients first. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive assistants, professional management team, and the phenomenal Dr. Manon Foidart, every part of our visit was outstanding. The clinic is immaculate, beautifully designed, and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that doesn’t feel like a typical dental office. The entire team is hardworking, patient, compassionate, and empathetic toward all patients. It takes a great team to support a great doctor in order to achieve success in every single dental appointment — and Dr. Manon Foidart has a phenomenal staff. Her assistant Rose went above and beyond. She works seamlessly with Dr. Foidart, and it was a pleasure to watch these two women operate so efficiently and successfully together, all while maintaining excellent bedside manner. Rose is a true rock star who deserves recognition for her dedication and skill. I had a root canal performed by Dr. Foidart after driving in from Saskatchewan because of her outstanding ratings and reputation in the Airdrie community — and she exceeded expectations. Her bedside manner is exceptional, and she genuinely cares about her patients’ oral health, taking the time to educate and guide you rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. If you’re tired of dentists who act more like salespeople, you’ll find Dr. Foidart refreshingly different. She is focused on promoting long-term dental health and providing the highest standard of care. We will continue making the trip from Saskatchewan just to see her. If I could give her ten stars, I would. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Jen Buchanan since I was a kid, and when she opened her own practice, I followed her without hesitation. From braces and retainers as a kid to TMJ issues as an adult, Jen has always gone above and beyond, even connecting me with specialists who take my treatment to the next level. Dr. Dickson has also been incredible—he made me feel more comfortable than almost any dentist I’ve ever seen, giving me control over my treatment and making me feel truly respected throughout each and every treatment. The whole team here is outstanding. Ashley, Amanda, and Marla always go out of their way to make my visits smooth and enjoyable. The entire staff is so friendly and passionate about what they do, creating such a welcoming atmosphere every time I walk in. I can’t recommend this place enough—this team genuinely makes every visit a fantastic experience!

If I could give this review a title, it would be called "My 10 Out of 10 Experience". From my first phone call to make my appointment through to my final visit (I had 2 appointments), I can say that ALL of the staff were caring and attentive. I have to admit, dental clinics are not my favourite place to be but I felt comfortable at every stage. I will return.

As a long time Airdrie resident of over 40 years, I can say with full confidence that the staff at You First Dental are the best around! Dr. Jen Buchanan has been our family dentist for 20 years! A one-stop shop, my daughters and I have been to the clinic for extractions, cleanings, orthodontics, sleep apnea, night guards, teeth whitening and Botox! To say that Jen cares is an understatement. I have a complex health history and she works closely with my doctors to ensure my records are up to date and her staff are always providing the best care with a smile. All of the hygienists and front staff are fantastic as well. We are very lucky to have such a gem in Airdrie.
