Lisa is an amazing Zumba instructor and Yoga teacher. Great energy, very positive and welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel like you are a special guest every time you attend her practice

Beautiful studio, warm and welcome environment. Instructors are all lovely and inspiring. I always leave class feeling lighter, more energetic and in a brighter mood!

I have been going to Yogaste for a few months now snd absolutely love it. The teachers are great and supportive. It is a great judgment free space. Yoga is for everyone and they encourage you to do what you can in your own abilities. The passes are priced great too. Cheapest I’ve found. I highly recommend this studio and look forward to continuing my yoga journey there.

My daughter looks forward to yoga every week. My daughter loves the instructor and she is wonderful with children. My daughter has been consistent yogi for 2 years. We will continue going.
