This is by far the most welcoming yoga studio I’ve experienced in Medicine Hat. From the moment you walk in, the instructors make you feel seen and supported. They’re passionate, encouraging, and skilled at guiding you through yoga flows that are both innovative and challenging—exactly the kind of practice that transforms your body and mind. Every class feels personal and intentionally crafted. I cannot recommend this studio enough for anyone seeking a truly elevated and empowering yoga experience.

This is a welcoming studio and a beautiful space. The Hot 26 class is one of my favourites. Mike and Vanessa are very welcoming and make every class challenging and fun. I always leave happy I attended a class, and this is the space that helps me get out of my head and leave the day behind! Beautiful gem in our downtown core.

Wonderful studio. They helped me kick off my hot yoga journey and now I’m hooked. Amazing facility and incredible instructors. I always felt a bit intimidated to try hot yoga and they made me feel super comfortable as a newbie. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into yoga at any age and any ability!

I had the pleasure of attending my first (but certainly not last) class at YogaRevolution today. This studio, run by the dynamic duo Mike and Vanessa, offers an exceptional yoga experience. I participated in the Hot 26 class, an intense 90-minute session. The heat was challenging but rewarding. The class was well-structured, and Mike and Vanessa guided the class with expertise and enthusiasm, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis, felt supported. The staff are welcoming, offering a tour of the studio. The inclusive washrooms, change rooms, and showers reflect their commitment to making every participant feel comfortable and respected. The cold, scented face towel provided after the class—a small but significant touch that perfectly capped off an intense workout. YogaRevolution deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. If you're looking for a yoga studio that combines a warm, welcoming atmosphere with top-notch instruction and thoughtful amenities, look no further. I'll be returning!
