Never had a bad class. The teachers are knowledgeable and keep my practice fun and fresh. The students are all full and friendly making it a great environment for beginner to advanced.

Instructors all have their unique styles and so much to offer. I am super grateful I signed up to try it for 1 year (4 years ago) and have not regretted it once. Virtual or in studio! Thank you Salli for being you and providing a safe and welcoming space.

An absolute blessing to have had the opportunity to practice with three teachers during my short stay in Medicine Hat. Beautiful variety of styles with helpful insight and tips from instructors on how to get the most out of each pose. I would highly recommend this studio. Thank you kindly!!!

Yoga You4ia is truly the BEST yoga studio in the city!! SallI and all of the certified instructors are VERY friendly and qualified. I love the warm and caring and positive atmosphere. An excellent way to get some great stretching and good core workout. Another bonus is it is great for your mind. GREAT JOBS GIRL!!
