I can’t say enough good things about this kids’ yoga! My daughter is attending for the second time now, and it’s quickly become something she looks forward to every week. Teddy is an amazing teacher—so kind, patient, and really great at creating a safe and welcoming environment. It's clear that the focus is not just on physical movement, but also on building confidence and self-awareness in a way that’s fun and accessible for kids. My daughter has grown so much, both in her yoga practice and in her self-confidence, and I’m so grateful for the positive, supportive space Yoga Now has.

As a 500 hr and yin instructor (retired from teaching for the last 10 years) I absolutely loved my punch pass and one month unlimited membership here. Rya’s classes are always so well put together, she makes you feel welcome in the space whether it’s in studio or online. I’ll miss practicing with her.

This studio and the staff are so amazing. Excellent flow class and the instructor was the best that I have ever had. Everyone had such a good vibe and it was a very positive and enjoyable class. I highly recommend this studio and any of the instructors.

I love this studio. So welcoming for all levels. As a beginner in yoga, I always feel welcome in this space. Practicing here feels like meditation and an escape from the busy ness of life. You always feel relaxed leaving the studio and heading home. So grateful to have this studio in our community.

This studio is unlike any other I've been to. Every instructor is welcoming and are great at what they do, and everyone attending is friendly and make the space feel like it's own little community. It's a clean, calm, and exceptionally positive environment that anyone and everyone will feel comfortable in regardless of how long they've been practicing. The best in town!
