We’ve taken our dogs to Yellowhead Vet Clinic for many years and have always had great experiences. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, both on the phone and in person. When we chose to keep our elderly dog comfortable in his final months, Kendra was incredibly understanding and compassionate. We now have a puppy and wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Amazing team.

This clinic is fantastic! Our pets have always been given the best care possible from friendly and caring staff members. The fear-free environment and maintaining one customer at a time at the front ensures you are always getting the full attention of the staff members you are talking to. The vet techs are amazing during wellness checks and vaccines, even with my super anxious cat that can be not very fun to deal with. Dr. Kendra is very good at explaining the options available for your pet and is upfront with pricing. I won’t take my pets anywhere else!

From her very first puppy shots all the way until our recent move, they were with me every step of the way. ​The staff consistently went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions and expert guidance that made me feel confident as a pet owner. ​If you are looking for a clinic that truly treats your pets like family, I cannot recommend Yellowhead Vet enough. I have been going to Dr. Kendra for 6 years. Her and her team are absolutely the best and most professional group of people. My dogs love going for a check up, they are thorough and are awesome with my dogs. I have recently moved to Calgary, and am so sad I can’t take them with me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are so grateful to the entire team at this clinic for the compassion and care they showed us during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced. They were incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive while helping our dog peacefully cross over. They provided private rooms in the back, giving us complete privacy and as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes without feeling rushed. That meant more to us than we can put into words. They also took care of arranging his cremation, which lifted a huge burden off our shoulders during such an emotional time. Every staff member treated our dog—and us—with dignity, respect, and genuine empathy. It was clear how much they truly care about animals and the families who love them. We will always be thankful for the kindness they showed us and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate veterinary care.
