Love getting my toenails and fingernails done here, especially with Kathryn, Jessie or Krystal - they are exceptional! Their customer service is top rate as they continually ask for my input and they deliver exactly what I want! They have a vast array of chrome colors to put on top of my base color which makes them pop and catch people’s eyes as they are so iridescent which I love. I highly recommend getting your nails done at XO Nails - you will fall in love with your nails for sure!

Today I went to the salon to get my nails removed and done with Shellac. The young woman who attended to me had a terrible attitude and removed my nails reluctantly. I had a tip, and she ripped it off, taking half of my nail with it. Because of this, I said I wasn't going to get them painted again, that I just needed them to finish removing the product. The young woman who did this didn't even fix anything; she just switched places with another colleague. She ignored what had happened, and my nails were burning and super red. It was a terrible job; they ruined my nails, which were super long, and because of this, I had to cut them all.

I had an amazing experience at XO Nails! The service was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. My nails turned out absolutely perfect—exactly how I wanted them. Great care was taken to make sure everything was flawless, and the whole appointment felt very relaxing. I highly recommend XO Nails if you’re looking for beautiful nails and excellent service. I’ve been to this salon once before for my grad and the nails were decent, so I decided to come back. Unfortunately, the overall experience this time was disappointing. I got my nails done yesterday with a friend, and while I liked how my nails turned out, the service itself felt really uncomfortable. I still really loved talking with the staff but yeah. My friend and I each paid over $100, yet she wasn’t satisfied with her (a very simple French design) and her nails started chipping in less than 24 hours. One of my nails also turned out crooked. The regular staff are friendly, but the owner/manager made the experience feel belittling. It’s uncomfortable being pointed at while people switch languages and give you judgmental looks — it honestly felt rude and unprofessional. Because the friendly staff tried their best, I’m giving 1 star, but the overall service and atmosphere need serious improvement. If I could give 0 stars for professionalism, I would

Very talented nail technician. My best friend finally got me to go and get my nails done. I am hooked. We just got Halloween nails done and wanted to share how amazing and beautiful they did. My friend got ghosts on her nails. I wanted ooogie boogie. My Bbf and I went and had Christmas nails done. They turned out amazing 😊.
