The best community at a gym that I have ever been apart of. Mike and Tara are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely want you to succeed in your goals, whatever they may be. I started out participating in their daily classes and met so many great people that are all encouraging you to succeed. About a year and a half ago I switched to more lifting with a personalized training program developed by the staff which has changed my life. If you are looking for a great community to start or continue your fitness journey this is the place for you.
