I was having some technical issues with my account, and the wifi was momentarily down on their system. One of the workers, Hayley, came up with a fix and provided good customer service along the way :)

The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. They have personal training available and a basic supply of protein powders, creatine powders and pre-workouts at a discount for members. The sauna is clean and hot, and there is a separate area just for women. Both locations have plenty of machines and free-weights and there are not too many obnoxious weight droppers like in other gyms.

Highly recommend this gym. Staff very friendly. Manager, Theresa is very accommodating with our schedule. Variety of equipment and a ladies's only section allowing both of us to maximize our visits.

Loving this gym. Whenever I'm not able to work out at my home gym (here) , I drop in at others. And honestly, I prefer world health and fitness.. The other ones I've dropped in at haven't been that satisfying. World health and fitness is on top of their equipment maintenance, they seem to have the newest equipment. Friendly staff, happy to help if you have questions about their equipment and how to use it.. Nice amenities . I got a membership here through a trial wirh a drop in . At the end of my workout, I signed up ! Other gyms just kinda let me down, but not these guys!
