Being a member of World Gym Southland for close to 10 years, I saw the changes of the facilities and custom service. The management has continuously been finding ways to bring improvements that enhance my loyalty. I feel welcomed and enjoy every single workout in this atmosphere. I truly believe Angeles contributes a significant part to the success. She listens; she is joyful, responsive and caring!

Big shoutout to Nam at World Gym. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He makes the gym feel welcoming and is always willing to answer questions or point people in the right direction. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually cares about people having a good experience at the gym. Great attitude, great energy, and someone who represents World Gym really well. I have also seen his powerlifting videos on instagram and he is one strong young man. World Gym is lucky to have him.

Nam at World Gym Southland is honestly one of the best parts of the gym. He’s a great person to be around — always positive, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He brings good energy into the space and makes the gym feel more like a community rather than just a place to work out. Whether you’re new or a regular, Nam goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable and motivated. His presence genuinely makes World Gym a better place. Highly recommend this gym partly because of him!

This is an awesome gym and had awesome staff! Angeles is always super kind and helpful, and is always willing to help or make suggestions. The equipment is good, and is taken care of. There are plenty of machines for cardio, but do note there is maybe 1-2 each of other machines. Normally this is not a problem as people are pretty good about being timely. All in all a lovely experience, and I look forward to continuing to come regularly.

Stopped by to check out the gym and was amazed by the great customer service and friendly members. Nam at the front desk took his time to show me around the facility and pointed out machines that aren’t commonly found in other gyms, like the pendulum squat. He did a great job explaining the different membership plans without making it overwhelming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to training here again soon.
