The best gym in penticton! Huge variety of equipment and a great supply of all the workout accessories you could imagine, the staff are friendly and helpful and the one time I forgot to get my gear out of the changerooms before they locked up for the night someone came to help me get my stuff out so I was super happy about that. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

I’ve trained at a lot of gyms, and this one really stands out. The facility is well maintained, which says a lot about the integrity of the place. Equipment is always clean, in good condition, and nothing feels neglected. There’s also a great variety of equipment, and it’s clear the owner is constantly investing back into the gym. New pieces get added regularly, and they recently updated all of the plate weights, which was a great upgrade. The recovery options are another big plus. The sauna and hydromassage are amazing after a hard session, and the new tanning bed is a great addition as well. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which makes the overall environment really welcoming. Overall it’s a great facility with quality equipment, great recovery options, and a team that clearly cares about the space they’re running.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This gym is hands down THE GYM in Penticton. The staff are amazing, especially jesse and josh, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The place is very clean and well organized, you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. The price is great too, definitely better than Gym Eternal. Honestly, this gym sets the standard. If you’re looking for the best spot to train in Penticton, this is it.

I’ve been coming to World Gym Penticton for a while now, and it's hands-down one of the best gyms in town. The equipment is always in great condition, and there’s enough variety so I never run out of options. The trainers are very knowledgeable and seem genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. Cleanliness is top notch (lockers, showers, everything), which makes such a difference.
