All the staff at this vet have been incredibly helpful and supportive. Wait times are short, everyone is kind, it’s a very reassuring environment. Both the doctors I saw were very knowledgeable and thorough, checking off every box. I highly recommend this place, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Brought my cat Ezio in because he was over-grooming and had two very suspicious little bumps. Before the exam even really started, Ezio koala-bear hug me like his life depended on it. The staff were absolutely fantastic—so sweet, so kind, and incredibly patient while they gently talked me down from full “worried cat parent” mode and handled his dramatic clinginess like pros. Plot twist: the mysterious bump was just… an extra paw pad. Life as a polydactyl cat 😂 Thank you for taking such great care of Ezio (and his anxious owner). We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had to put our sweet boy Ace to sleep about 2 months ago after he fell ill to an acute kidney infection. these good souls took very good care of him as they helped him cross over to the rainbow bridge peacefully. Thank you WBSAH for doing all that you could for my sweet prince, it’s been a hard 2 months without him, but I know that he thanks you for doing all that you could for him. Bless you all ❤️

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just moved to town, my 16 year old cat needed his prescription. They gave me the wrong fax number to have the prescriptions sent over. Waited all day with no updates. Called in finally and they said they never received anything. Got the right number from their website. Got confirmation they received the prescription but couldn’t fill it until Monday. Totally fine, I was patient and we could wait. Called Monday to pick up prescription. They lost it completely. Senior cat started yowling in pain at this point because he needed his prescription. Ended up back in Edmonton to get his prescription.

Two years ago they took excellent care of my childhood best friend who sadly passed due to an aggressive cancer and they treated her so perfectly and helped her cross the rainbow bridge with the least amount of pain possible and I will forever be grateful for to attention to detail in the gifts they gave after and how they cared for her. Just recently we adopted our newest baby through WBARC and they work closely together. My girl miss pickles is home with me now after her surgery today and they were so kind and sweet to her and took excellent care with my baby! I was given clear after care instructions and offered support of anything were to come up! I was able to change my pickup time to accommodate my schedule and you could tell she adored the staff there! So grateful for such an incredible team 🥰
