I was given a gift certificate as a gift but when I emailed and asked to set up an appointment they said they would reply on Tuesday when they were back after the weekend. I waited until Friday afternoon for a response before asking again to book an appointment. I was disappointed for sure. Hard to review the service if you can’t even get a response to book the service.

This is a long one.. but worth the read!! Absolutely exceptional experience every time! This spa truly excels in every treatment they offer—from facials to massages and everything in between. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to their high-end products, and they always take the time to explain what’s best for your skin and wellness needs. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Everything is spotless, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which makes every visit feel special. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for top-tier service, expert care, and a relaxing escape. A true gem in the community! Additionally, I want to share a very different experience from what another reviewer described. I arrived early for my appointment and was waiting in the lounge when a woman—who I initially assumed was a fellow client—began speaking to the receptionist in a noticeably condescending tone. When the owner came out to address the situation, the woman became increasingly confrontational. I thought the owner handled it professionally and calmly, ultimately asking her to leave when it was clear she was seeking conflict. It’s worth noting that I was the only client present at the time, so I’m not sure how the other reviewer’s account aligns with what actually happened. Just a reminder: not every negative review reflects the full story. Based on my experience, this spa is well-run, respectful, and committed to providing a positive environment.

I visited the spa for the first time on Saturday afternoon, having booked a 60-minute relaxation service. Being 33 weeks pregnant and facing heavy rain, I arrived 7 minutes late. While the service itself was relaxing and the ambiance beautiful, the technician ended the treatment after only 45 minutes. When I inquired about the duration of the service and the payment at the counter, she informed me that I would still be charged for the full 60 minutes, despite being late. She also falsely claimed that another client was waiting, even though the entire spa appeared empty with no customers in the queue. I found this response to be rude and inconsiderate, particularly as it’s unreasonable to expect a pregnant person to rush in heavy rain, especially given the weather and parking conditions. I would recommend that the staff show more empathy and charge clients only for the service they actually provide.

10/10 recommend. I had my first mani, and gel polish here at Without a doubt salon. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, and the girls are so friendly and warm. I had a technical malfunction with the polish I got, they got me in in no time and fixed it, complimentary. I will absolutely go back, and cannot wait for my next appointment. If you want a lovely salon experience, definitely go to Without a doubt.

Just came back from a lovely time at the spa… got a pedicure with gel polish, fire and ice facial, and sugaring. Had 3 ladies all together and every one of them did fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at what they’re doing. I plan to go back regularly moving forward. I definitely appreciate that they were able to accommodate me by doing all of these treatments back to back as I live rurally and drive 2 hours to get here. Top notch service! Definitely recommend :) I bought some of the skin care line based on their recommendations so I will try it out and see if helps my skin long term as well.
