Supporting your local venue shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg—it’s about strengthening your community and saving money. While corp of delta charge 50% more for the same experience, SURREY and Richmond rec centres keep prices fair so your dollars go further. That means more public rec access , more memories, and less hit on your wallet.

I believe that I was targeting by a racial attack by one of the employees named “James” there were other individuals at the gym wearing slip on shoes which is against their policy. He kicked me out and threatened to ban me for life. I understand that the policies are in place however as a student working full time it’s tough to afford proper footwear. I was raised in poverty and it’s difficult being able to fit in. The crocs were a gift from one of my sponsors. James you ruined my day and I really hope the city of delta reconsiders who they hire.

The facilities is good. We registered for a youth club and they charged me 400 cad for fine print volunteers attending programs and notice . I don’t know what’s the business, making money out of a youth program in a community centre, it’s not nice to lower income families, almost discriminatory ! But well :-(

One of my favourite pools in the lower mainland! The pool is usually not to crowded (check for classes/lessons ahead of time), there is lots of space to swim or play, various depths of pool to accommodate all skill level, spacious hot tub + sauna, lovely staff, and never a worry about your items being stolen. As a youth worker, I bring some of my clients here, and the reception is always so warm and helpful. Ages 13+ are welcome to use the gym by taking the intro class with a staff member.
