I took my daughter to the dentist today and the experience was terrible. We arrived at 9:20 for a regular dental check-up. Everything was fine, and since my daughter is only five years old, I thought it went well. After the check-up, the doctor found a cavity in one of her teeth and said we could schedule an appointment to have it filled. Everyone is happy at that time When we went to the front desk to pay—9:50—the receptionist told me there was an available spot right away and asked if I was interested. I was actually a bit worried because my daughter was already a little hungry. I asked how long we would have to wait, and she said 10 minutes. But we ended up waiting until 11:00. During that wait time, I came out several times to ask how much longer. Every time they told me, “You’re up soon.” I told them multiple times that my daughter was very hungry and might not cooperate, but she kept saying, “You’ll be next.” I said I could quickly go buy something for her to eat, and she still replied, “You’ll be up any minute.” There was only one doctor working that day and he was extremely busy. When my daughter finally got in, the doctor gave her the anesthetic shot and then went to deal with other patients. In the end, my daughter became overwhelmed and had a full emotional meltdown because she was too hungry. willowgrove dental used to be a good dental, my family my wife, my mother and me were the patients there. But today's experience is terrible. If they don’t have time, don’t book me in. It just too pushing. I’ll never go back to that dental clinic again.

I went there once and they had problems booking me in before a major event and made it like it was my fault as they tried to reschedule but based on my major event I told them I could not schedule later that it had to be that day. They tried rebooking me on the day of the appointment. Fast forward to this year..... I wanted to remain a loyal customer. I was scheduled in for an appointment this week and then they reschedule because they did not have the staff and were training new staff at the time, so I thought the two weeks after, they would have more than one doctor that my appointment would stick. The week before, they phone me back again saying it has to be in the New Year, n when I tried telling them my plan is up this year and I couldn't do that, the receptionist hang up the phone without even recommending me to a different day or tried to get me in a time that was good for me. She was ill tempered to me, and as a loyal customer I was very taken back when I had an appointment moved twice, with now not having an appointment. I would like for this matter to be solved and an apology for how rude the receptionist treated me on the phone today.

Dr Kyle D is great. He completed my Invisalign journey and will be helping me with my tooth implant. He is kind and patient with my questions. He provides a lot of information and allows for you, as the patient, to come up with the best decision for you. His recommendations are based on his sound experience, best practice knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experiences at Willowgrove! I've now seen Paige (hygienist) and Dr. Sara Rayner multiple times. They are very competent, knowledgeable, gentle and care about your experience. The transition from my previous clinic was also very simple and hassle-free. Great clinic, would highly recommend!
