I don't recommend it! I gave them my curtains to be shortened, it cost me $60, I thought it was really expensive, but I didn't say anything. When I hung them, one curtain turned out to be shorter than the other! What nonsense is this? It looks terrible, I don't know what to do now. I'm disappointed and I highly don't recommend this salon.😞😠

We have been coming to this location for alterations for a couple of years and they are wonderful. They are fast, accurate, super nice to deal with and reasonably priced repairs.

The staff here is amazing. So kind and helpful. They were very efficient and did a great job on my jeans.

I called to ask if they can clean my Mackage Jacket ( $1200+ ) that has real fur on the hood. The lady assured me that they are able to do it and so I trusted them to do so for $60. When I went to pick up my jacket , it still had dirt marks on the jacket and also had no sort of clean smell to it. I told the lady that this seems like it was never even cleaned , and pointed out the multiple dirt marks. She said they will do it again but the marks are “hard to get out” I said- If the dry cleaner is unable to do the jacket I rather take my jacket and my money back . She again, assured me they can do it. Both times, I never recieved a call that my jacket was ready and had to call them to check in . Each time I was met with an excuse that they were “busy” but my jacket was ready. The second time around, I still saw the same mark and I was extremely unimpressed still feeling like they barely touched the jacket .. really, probably only took a cloth and wiped it for $60. I asked for money back and she gave me $20 back. Take your items elsewhere if you are expecting a job well done. I was basically scammed.

I had a great experience here. I was super bummed, I ruined a specialty guitar bag. I’m going to be completely transparent. I didn’t know this place existed. I took it to the other places and they all said they couldn’t do it. Then a worker at the mall said there are three alteration places. Went here, and had wonderful service. I got my zipper replaced and the pocket reinforced. Reasonably priced, and I have my memories in tact. Thank you 🙏 ❤️
