This dental office was wonderful to work with. They were able to fit me in on short notice when I was in pain, and they took care of everything smoothly. The staff was kind, reassuring, and made the visit as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate their help and would gladly recommend them.

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I went for a cleaning and Bri was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist before, highly recommend!

The best service I’ve ever had at a dentist. I felt safe , cared for and they were extremely sensitive to my dental anxiety. I had my uppers and lowers completely restored and 6 bad ones pulled . I will never go anywhere else then come to see Dr.Nikoo . Thanks for all your kind work and making the process so smooth. I love my smile again

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and when I walked into the office I was greeted by the entire staff in the middle of a staff meeting. I was told to come back in 15 minutes which I found incredibly unprofessional and a serious lack of consideration for my time. After I was seated and started my appointment I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough my dental hygienist was (I believe her name was Ravi) and the casual but professional demeanour she had. Once my cleaning was complete I was then quickly examined by Dr.Nikoo Eslami who was just wonderful and answered all my questions with honest, straight forward answers. Upon leaving the office I had a sense that there were to receptionists being trained and one overseeing the others. I believe that if there was a strong front of the office that this rating of mine would have been a 5 star. I need to note that I had a tough time getting a booking with this office. Again, I think with better administration this could be avoided.
