We absolutely LOVE Willoughby Animal Hospital. All staff is amazing and very human. I appreciate that the staff isn’t overbearing, everybody is very patient and kind. They were able to see my cat on VERY short notice when he wasn’t feeling well, we had a full treatment plan for him in less than 2 hours from when we noticed he was ill. As a Realtor in Langley, I have so many people looking for a vet when they move here with their dogs/cats. Every time I recommend WAH!! Thank you for taking care of Binoo & Wally!

We brought our new dog Lyla in for a new client exam and we were so impressed! The staff is so warm and welcoming. They are very thorough and reassured your animal is in the best hands! We are so happy to have wonderful people in our dogs care moving forward!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Without going into too many details and getting to the point we unexpectedly had to put our young cat down, one of the hardest days of our lives. The staff and Dr Shamsher Ghatorha were very compassionate, caring and professional. They genuinely care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If I could give ten stars I would! Scrambled in an emergency situation to afford an expensive surgery that would save my cats life. Willoughby animal clinic not only estimated a more reasonable price for surgery, they also made time in their busy day to make it happen unexpectedly. Thank you a million times over for the care and effort you provided us.

This vet office was such a great help in ensuring my puppy had all the necessary exams and documentation to prepare for his move to New Zealand. Victoria, in particular, went above and beyond for us. She did her own research on the requirements for export and contacted us with any conflicts or concerns. She also called different labs on our behalf to ensure our pup got his results on time for his flight. The process was a stressful one, so having such a caring staff assisting us made a huge difference. Not to mention, they provided great care to our dog, Atlas, during each visit.
