Do not go if you don’t have to. Expensive and traumatized my cat, a supposed check up because she was limping. They grabbed my senior kitty to take her blood in the back, I was waiting anxiously as I keep hearing dogs barking. They couldn’t get her blood the first time and asked me to come back. Excuse me what, she was clearly scared from the barking and then asked me to come back like it was not a big deal. Will never do business here again, they were even late for the phone call update about her blood test results. The whole thing was a disaster and left me quite anxious to never go near them again.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this place deserves a five-star rating. Williams Road Animal Hospital provided my husband and me with exceptional service when we brought our kitten in for an injection. The vet was super friendly and gentle with our fur baby! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I are new to Richmond, and our neighbour who also has a pet recommended Williams Road Animal Hospital for our French bulldog. We had a great first visit for a checkup, got to know the staff who are all so lovely. Will definitely be back again!

My puppy is only 12 weeks old. Recently, she had a fall, and I was extremely worried at the time. Fortunately, this veterinary clinic had an available appointment on the same day, allowing us to bring her in immediately. In the end, it turned out that she was fine, but her eyes were slightly inflamed. The doctor prescribed eye drops, and she recovered quickly. She is now perfectly healthy and energetic. The veterinarian was very professional and attentive, patiently answering all my questions. The pricing was also very reasonable. This experience reassured me that this clinic will be hers go-to veterinary clinic from now on. I highly recommend it to other pet owners!
