I wish I could give more than five stars! Veronique is the most kind, patient, professional, and effective chiropractor I have ever visited. I’m so grateful to have found her in a time where I lost almost all of my walking mobility after a surgery and several back issues. Within one session I was able to walk so much better I can’t wait to finish the remaining sessions and continue seeing her for my ongoing health. The clinic in general is such a gem. Amazing experience!

I came to Wildewood to rehab an injury and incorporate weight lifting/strength training into my lifestyle and it’s met and exceeded my expectations. The trainers I’ve worked with (Erin, Ben, Anthony and Mackenzie) are all very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. I highly recommend Wildewood for private and semi-private personal training.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Phil who was so kind and gracious to me on a very frustrating day. I rolled in late, kind of disheveled and stressed from work, and he was calm, accommodating and did everything he could to make me comfortable. He gave me a great massage and I was impressed with how much effort he puts into build trust and comfort with his clients, and even showed me a few things my partner could do for me at home. (Also I appreciate how helpful and understanding the front office staff have been to me during my two visits at Wildewood. It makes a difference!)

My teenage son has been attending weekly Sport Performance group classes at Wildewood for almost five months now and is continuing to do so. He plays competitive soccer and we were looking for a way to improve his overall strength and conditioning, as well as injury prevention. We are finding tremendous value in these classes and seeing real, tangible results and improvements in his fitness goals. We have worked closely with Lucas, who is amazing and most recently with Krista who is equally talented. They provide very thorough initial assessments of his fitness using state-of-the-art technology, in terms of strength, speed, agility, etc and then tailor a custom training program for him, which he performs weekly, with their guidance. He is re-assessed after a few months to see his progress and exercises are also adapted to changing needs, injuries, etc. Not only that, but the staff seem to really teach him the proper technique and form for his exercises, which I have personally seen a great improvement in from when we first started, and are consistently getting better. Skills like these are things that will last a lifetime. There are a wide range of options for times we can attend and we find the cost to be quite reasonable! Also, everyone we have met at Wildewood is really so kind and knowledgeable and seems to truly care about what they do and the people they work with. We are more than happy with the program and highly recommend it.
