I recently moved my dental procedures to Whyte Ridge Dental. Dr Mai was very kind listening to all my concerns for my future dental health. The cleaning I had with Heather was great, she was patient and kind with a gentle hand. I loved how the entire team was so welcoming, I know I made the right choice with Whyte Ridge Dental.

This is a really wonderful dental office. The ladies at the front are warm and welcoming (and greeting me by name right as I walk in is so impressive!), and ensuring I have all the info I need to be able to submit the visit to my insurance (thank you)! I have been coming here with my family maybe nearly 2 years and I was right to make this switch. Dr. Mai and his team are so straightforward and professional. They are not looking for extras they can bill you for, which I find SO refreshing and appreciate. They let me leave making me feel like I've done a great job with my teeth (I have truly never experienced this from any other dental office). The office itself is beautiful. Highly recommend. No regrets! Even my toddler likes coming here!

First visit at Whyte Ridge Dental Centre and it was a great experience. The clinic is clean, organized, and this will definitely be my go to dental place. Lisa, my dental hygienist was amazing very kind, patient. She answered all my (annoying) questions and explained everything clearly, which made the cleaning really comfortable. I also came in to ask about a crown, and Dr. Mai was professional and took the time to explain my options clearly. Two thumbs up to Tanya and Shelly at the front desk as well! Super friendly and helpful. Where a lot of clinics would just say “we don’t direct bill”! They were kind enough to actually go over my insurance coverage with me which I really appreciated and made things easy. Overall, a great team and a really positive experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Whyte Ridge Dental Clinic. The staff are skilled, attentive, and make you feel completely at ease. A special mention to the reception team, their service was truly splendid. They greeted me warmly, handled all the paperwork smoothly, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s not often you find such a caring front-desk team (especial mention to Tanya). I’m very grateful and will definitely be returning.

From the moment I walked in, the office felt very clean and the atmosphere was instantly calming. The whole team is so friendly! My wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Samuel was surprisingly quick and completely painless. Dr. Mai and the hygienist were both very thorough with my cleaning and checkup, ensuring I understood everything about my dental health. A fantastic dental clinic that makes going to the dentist a positive experience!
