My son and I have been seeing Dr. Jordan M at Westwood Total Health, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is an amazing chiropractor—caring, attentive, and always looking out for the well‑being of his patients. You can truly feel that he loves what he does and wants the best for everyone who walks through his door. The front desk team is just as wonderful. They are friendly, welcoming, and consistently professional. Every visit feels smooth and stress‑free because of how well they take care of patients. Highly recommend Westwood Total Health for anyone looking for exceptional care and a genuinely supportive environment.

Not professional. Dr. Dogan asked me the initial questions, said he would be right back, and then let me sit there in the room for almost 30 minutes without anyone updating me, or checking in. So, I lwalked out. He saw me leaving and didn't seem to care. There was also no folllow up. So clearly my business is not important. I feel as though he was not invested because I had the promo deal where you pay $21 for the initial visit, or perhaps it's how I look, who knows....plus, I'm not sure what the normal fees are. With that in mind, when you book they do not set any expectations for the visit, or send any confirmation email. I rebooked my appointment and that's when I received an email.

I went to see Ethan Lo for the first time today. He is a very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind physiotherapist. He walked me through the assessment clearly, treated my knee pain while helping me to understand my injury, and taught me exercises that I could do at home to help me get better. Their treatment area is very well-equipped with lots of gym equipment and treatment machines.

I am not one to write reviews, but I am tired of people getting away with their actions at this point in my life. I had Gasem Sokhanvar as my physiotherapist 4 years ago, did 10 sessions with him. Told him several times throughout the sessions that my neck pain was getting worse, not better but he ignored me and he did not modify the treatment plan. I asked him to please not pop my neck as it wasn’t comfortable, and my bones have never popped once until him (I was 52-53 years old then) but he ignored me. I started tensing, dreading that awful awful painful pop when he cracked my neck sideways. Gasem was supposed to be a licensed physiotherapist, so I stuck with it thinking he might know better than me. Turns out I have stenosis of my root canals at C5 and C6. At the end of my last appointment there, I decided to not renew my appointment. There was absolutely no follow up, no checking to see if my neck is better, why I haven’t come back, zilch. No communication, extremely poor listening skills. I think some of their Google reviews are fixed/set up. Maybe some of their staff members are good or decent, but my experience was horrible and the team didn’t care about my health and progression, just wanted my money.

I started my spine/neck adjustment with Dr. Jordan in July 2024. Through the frequent adjustments, I have experienced how much those sessions affected my muscles and nerves. My lower back pain is gone and my neck moves more freely without having minor dizziness. It's amazing that he detects the areas where I was feeling uncomfortable and has been helping my body's improvement. Before meeting Dr. Jordan I wasn't familiar with Chiropractic but his explanations and reliable adjustment work totally changed my perception and I appreciate him helping me move towards better health.
