Hands down the best self-serve car wash I’ve used. The machines work properly, the water pressure is strong, and everything is clean and well maintained. It’s hard to find a self car wash that is this reliable. Really appreciate the quality—please keep it this way.

This used to be my favorite car wash, but after today I will never return. As I was pulling into the bay, a man in his 60s wearing a company hat came around the corner, scowled at me, and aggressively gestured for me to wait so he could pick up garbage. There was no greeting and no acknowledgment after I did wait, just rude body language and attitude. I rolled my window down and told him he should work on his customer service skills. He approached my car, and aggressively said “excuse me,” so I repeated myself. He then told me I was not welcome to wash my car and to leave, and that if I tried, he would turn off the pump. He immediately walked into the mechanical room and appeared to shut it off. When I told him he had horrible business acumen and that I would be reporting the incident, he said I could wash my car only if I apologized. Absolutely not! This is classic male ego and gaslighting at it's finest. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern—and that this person may be the owner. If so, this is the wrong industry to be in if you can’t treat customers with basic respect. Response to your reply: I will not be calling or arranging a meeting. It serves no purpose to me. I also see you've suggested this to others who have left poor reviews, and it seems like another intimidation tactic. Referencing “abuse from customers” does not justify the behavior I encountered. Based on the interaction and similar reviews, I remain confident the individual was the owner (you), regardless of how it’s being framed here. The conduct was unprofessional and immature. I stand by my review and hope you take your poor behaviour seriously with other customers moving forward.

Coquitlam's own 24 hour self serve car wash in the Westwood area. A great place to carefully wash, wax, tire clean, vacuum and even fragrance your car. I enjoy using this facility, easy to use and convinent. Careful as ground maybe slippery.

Good spot, prices are ok. $2 (one token) gets you 2min 30sec which is short, wished it would give 3min like other places. You’ll need to exchange money for tokens, good news is that you can tap and pay for tokens.

Had to leave a review before I pulled away. The best self wash I've came across in the lower mainland hands down. Great value. Great products and quality! Spent $6 and my car looks brand new. Will be making the 40 min round trip for this car wash!
