Very pet friendly office. Our dog doesn’t mind going and is always treated kindly and thoroughly. Her Vet was open to care options and tried to find cost effective solutions if possible

My cat was given a full physical and bl9od panel. The veterinarian was warm and very knowledgeable. I was called the following day by the veterinarian. She took a good amount of time to discuss the lab results in detail with follow-up advice.

The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, not just to me but to my pet as well. They have been always gentle and patient with my pets, making what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one. It's clear that everyone here truly loves animals and is passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their furry family members.

I’ve been a client of Westview Veterinary Clinic for the past five years, mostly because of the convenient location. From day one, however, it felt more like a money grab than a place that truly cares about animals. Every time we had an emergency, they were “fully booked” and sent us to an animal hospital instead of helping us themselves. They do not value their customers or pets their focus is clearly on profit, not care. I fully understand this is a business, but veterinary care is a health-related industry that should be about compassion and care for both pets and owners, not just the next appointment and the next bill. I’m a busy person and rely on reminders for all my appointments. I specifically requested a reminder for my pet’s visit, and they confirmed I’d get a 24-hour reminder. I never received it, forgot the appointment (even though it was in my calendar), and was still charged a no-show fee. When I raised this, they placed all the blame on me. Yes, it’s my mistake to forget but the lack of follow-through from their team shows how little they care about customer experience. Interestingly, I’ve received multiple messages urging me to book appointments, but none to remind me of one I had already booked. Once they get your booking, their communication seems to stop. After five years of giving this clinic chances, I cannot recommend them. This is not a veterinary clinic that cares for animals or their clients , it’s a business focused solely on profit.

Our cat BB always receives the best care from the team at Westview. They truly care about his health and wellbeing, and aside from the car ride, he loves his visits to Westview Veterinary Services.
