Westlake was very professional and accommodating throughout my appointment. My week had been going very rough in terms of things coming up, leading to rescheduling appointments, and westlake tried their best to give me the best options that worked for me while not making me feel bad about having to reschedule. Dr. Sexsmith is always professional and very gentle when administering the numbing needle and all work he does. Great assistants as well, always kind! Great overall experience. Thank you everyone!

My experience,yesterday,at your dental in clinic was one that has no past comparison in a remarkably good way. I was greeted professionally and this same professionalism continued throughout my entire visit. Everything was explained to me as each procedure was addressed. These individuals helped diminish my lifelong fear of dentists. I have been hearing impaired all my life and was able to hear everything that was said and did not need my lip reading abilities to understand. Five stars is insufficient to describe this visit to Westlake. And by the way I never felt a thing- AMAZING!

I had gone in for a cleaning and checkup. Once I sat in the chair, my hygienist explained we would do some X-rays then move to a separate area for a more detailed X-ray. Cool, so after that we began the cleaning. We had just barely begun when my dentist came to complete his checkup, which usually happens after the cleaning. Cool, he explained what was needed and reassured me me it was going to be alright. I had 2 options and he explained them both. We continued the cleaning and my hygienist went about her work with efficiency while encouraging me to continue with what I'm doing for oral care and said it was looking really good. I told her I appreciated her praise. Its nice to feel good about what you're doing and praise goes a long way. I do have to go back for more treatment and the appointment will take place in 2 separate appointments on the same day, which she explained the length of each and what to expect. I am retired so not a problem for me. Overall a very good experience.

Amy is amazing with kids! My daughter had her tooth pulled! Amy explained things in a way she would understand! My daughter didn’t even feel when she was getting frozen! Highly recommend Amy!

Lower teeth look so much better. Didn’t know it was just a matter of filling replacement. I would have done so much sooner had I known . Thankyou. Well done I just had my extractions done and my immediate denture inserted. Staff and dentist were friendly and so good at what they did. So gentle. Dr Sexmith is an amazing dentist
