After doing a lot of research on new roofs and roofing companies, we decided to go with the GAF UHDZ shingle and have Western Valley do the install. Their knowledge of the product, roofing experience and friendliness were some of the reasons we chose them. Anglelo, Kahn, Julia and crew were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Western Valley Roofing.

We hired Western Valley to replace the roof and gutters on my parents home in Penticton and we couldn’t be happier! The craftsmanship was outstanding, the team was honest and friendly, and their clear communication throughout the entire process gave us complete peace of mind. We used Western Valley Roofing to reroof our home, Angelo, Julia and their team were fantastic. They had great communication especially with when the started was in some rainy times. We knew exactly what days they were going to be there. The roof looks great. Their team was respectful and quick the took extra care to make sure no nails were left around (as we have pets & kids) highly suggested!!

I had no intention of replacing my roof as it still had a few years left. I live in a duplex and my neighbour needed to have his roof repaired but wanted to completely replace it. I agreed, realizing it would eventually have to be done. I am thrilled with the new look, and extremely happy that I agreed to getting a new roof. Angelo is a delight to work with , and as mentioned elsewhere, has excellent manners, as do his workers. They went out of their way to oblige when I requested a small extra repair. They are true to their word, arrive on time, clean up afterwards, and if you didn't notice the new roof, you wouldn't know any workers had been there. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need further work, I would go straight back to them. 10 out of 10

I didn't know anything about this company but took my chances and i was sure happy i did..These guys were super efficient, had wonderful manners, went far and beyond my expectations. They went out of their way to explain everything they were doing. We told them that we had sheeting under the whole house but halfway through stripping found out half the house was missing sheeting. They re-assured me that if i bought the sheets they would only charge me a small percentage to install as it was something unexpected. They did not cheap out on QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. The flashing around our old skylights was good gauge and done very well. These kids know their business & very respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and have no clue why they had received a 1 Star??? As soon as i phoned them i felt like they were good and whoever put that one star on their reviews must be someone who had nothing to do with their services? THANK YOU "WESTERN VALLEY ROOFING.I love my house and walkway and will absolutely give great referrals with confidence. The whole team deserves it. Cheers
