If there is an option to give negative rating then I would had done it as Mechanic Raj is not honest about the work he does and not even test drive the car to make sure the work done is correct or not and then Raj start blaming that the new part is faulty when in fact the work not done neatly by Raj. They are not even honest about the pricing as Amrit tells you a cost that then Raj tells you to pay more and they are incompetent and dishonest mechanics and I would not recommend anyone to go to them at all cost. Save your car from being wrecked with their incompetent work.

Owner Good in Nature. 2 star Reduction is Just for 2 Bills Double Price in Parts(Read Fully and chk Bills photos if You have Doubt) 2 star Reduction due to wasting my time and didn't chkeck workdone after part install. Sparkplug 49$ in Market They Charged 98$ Spark wire 44$ in Market they charged 62$ Ignition coil 60$ in Market they Charged 110$ for Parts. Next time I will Must Take my Parts ... Yes In Big help they scan for Free, But myself ultimately caught in Parts Double Price. Took Service Twice : 1st time I thought might be they took overcharged for Lowbeam light bulb change 115$ which was Too Higher as I have No bill can't comment much. I go second Time Because they change my 1 side bulb free which was gone in Next 2 day after Replacement. 2nd time Repair Brief(Must Read): I took my car 4.45 pm in Evening with Engine chk light On, They scan for Free and Remove Engine Light and suggest come again If Light came up.. JUST Light came in Next km I drive, NEXT day I went In morning 8.30am, Drop my car they told me it took 2 to 2.5 hr, it should ready, I called them 1.30 and Went to 2 pm, Still they worked or what but they said Its Done, As Bill of 246$ paid grab my car went as I came in Break of my work so as I reached Next 1 km away Engine light On again Nothing solved in my car same Misfiring got, Means after workdone they didn't chk anything.. Next day I went again with same problem but wait again 2.5 hr Not solved but they said might be Ignition coil as Scan code is same, i told them to bring parts they suggest me It Might be that fault so you don't bring otherwise they didn't took back.. I have to go Dr appointment, So I left I comeback by 3.45 pm they changed Ignition coil, Might Be Problem Solved.. They Charge me for actual Labor time they used because in Mean time they multitasking always, scan Free everytime as per them.( In all this Where is My Time Sir) Mechanic Time Labour Paid but where is Client Time. (Scan Free For Customer is Part of Buisness that I understand But Customer wait time and Parts Over Priced is also same Ultimately Total Bill Matters for work) All Mean Point is Ignition Coil change Cost me 445$ with consideration (Sparkplug Maintenance done for Future.) I must said yes, Its Your Buisness Part of Job if Your Supplier Cost You Higher for Parts it doesn't mean you can take from customer they cost You, Its Definitely your Responsibility that Customer Charged according Market Price... If Work Done with Good Parts for 50$ why You have to go for similar parts 100$.. this is my Experience, which is Fair costing? I don't know. Next time without Quatation I can't go forward with simply yes/okay.. Sorry west yale for 2 +2 =4 star Less... Thank you so much West Yale for Work done Might be I get Smooth running car ...

Brought car to west Yale they had my car for 2 days fixed nothing ordered wrong parts. Didn't keep me updated on lack of progress. Would not recommend this shop

Highly Recommended! Raj and Amrit are excellent technicians with an abundance of knowledge and professionalism. Their pricing is genuine and fair, and they go above and beyond to help. My vehicle inspection was due on Monday, and to my surprise, they opened the workshop on Sunday just to accommodate me. Truly impressed by their dedication and customer service. I strongly recommend them!
