We have been taking our dog Toby there for 9years. He recently passed away. The care we received was truly very special. A few weeks later the most beautiful card with a hand drawn picture of our dog arrived in the mail with the most heartfelt note❤️ This was an exceptionally lovely gift. Thank you

We feel truly grateful and fortunate to have Dr. Masako as our beloved cat Khapool’s veterinarian for the past three years. She has always been an incredible source of expertise, compassion, and kindness, especially throughout his recent diagnosis and treatment for multiple myeloma. Dr. Masako’s care goes far beyond professionalism. She genuinely cares about Khapool’s well-being and always takes the time to explain, comfort, and guide us through every step. Her responsiveness is remarkable, which shows how deeply she is committed to her patients. We couldn’t imagine a more experienced, caring, attentive, and dedicated vet, and we’re endlessly grateful for all she does for him. We’re also very appreciative of Sayomi for her gentle handling, warmth, and care during every visit, and of Anna and Paniz, who are always so helpful, kind, and patient at the front desk. The rest of the team is equally wonderful, friendly, organized, and attentive, making every visit a smooth and positive experience. Thanks to this exceptional team. Their compassion and professionalism have made all the difference in Khapool’s journey, and we are so grateful for their continued care.

You and your staff were really great when we came to euthanize Ania, when she was very weak and ready to leave us. And then the card came with condolences from your team, and a beautiful drawing of Ania! We were so touched and impressed. I cannot express my gratitude enough for you being such a devoted and kind vetetinarian.

I took my dog here for vaccination, and I was really impressed with the care and professionalism. Dr. Sandhu is very kind and knowledgeable, and Paniz, the doctor’s assistant, was so friendly and explained every step clearly. I truly appreciate their compassion and excellent service.

Thank you so much Dr. Masako for your empathy for my cat and save her after 3 days of fever and not eating. I really appreciate your care for your patient and bringing health to her. Really love how you treat my cat with each symptom and take care of her. She is way more active now!
