I live in Burnaby. Two days ago I was in Steveston when I noticed one of my back tires was almost flat. I decided to look for a gas station that would let me top it up with air until I could get it to full service station. The first station I came across was West-Rich Auto Service on 1 Road. The place was very busy and all the auto bays appeared full but I asked one of the guys there if I could get some air and they asked if I'd like them to fix it. I said yes and we went to the office to find out if they could fit it in. They said, ok, 30min. It took less than 20min and the price was very reasonable. Such nice, friendly, helpful guys—it felt like I was back in the '60s. Thanks, West-Rich!

I had a great experience at this repair shop today. My front left tire was flat, and the staff took the time to do a full inspection to make sure there was no leak. They explained everything clearly, filled the tire with air, and even cleaned the tire afterward. The service was thorough, honest, and very professional.
