Great studio with a very welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are excellent—they know exactly when to correct your technique and when to dial up the resistance to keep things challenging. The Strength sessions with dumbbells are a standout. Definitely feeling stronger and much more mobile after just a few months.

West Reformer Pilates is the BEST! I have been going since they opened, and they truly are the definition of community. I have previously worked in the fitness industry and the one thing I love and missed about it was the community it can build. Sarah and her team have created such an amazing space at West. They are knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. They meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey and make you feel at home. I’m currently also pregnant and they have made it so easy to continue on & make adjustments for me without a second thought. They also offer so many fun extra classes, like their mommy & me classes, sip & shops, etc. There’s so many amazing members & instructors. If you are thinking about trying it out, DO IT! You won’t regret it 🤍

West is truly such a welcoming and uplifting place. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged, no matter your experience level. Sarah is absolutely amazing — so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She creates a space where you feel confident, challenged, and cared for all at the same time. Her team is just as wonderful- always ready to help and make each class such a great experience. The studio itself has such a positive, calming energy, and every class leaves you feeling stronger. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and her incredible team more!

This was my first time taking a Pilates class, and the instructor made me feel so welcome from the start. She took the time to walk through how the machines worked, even though others in the class already knew, which made me feel so supported as a beginner. She offered modifications to make exercises easier or harder, and her words were always encouraging. She was also attentive and stepped in to help if something didn’t look quite right. I can’t wait to go back! The energy and vibe at West Reformer Pilates are amazing. The studio is positive, welcoming, and motivating. I will definitely continue to support Sarah and her West team because you can genuinely feel how much they care about their clients and how invested they are in the community.

I just took my first class at West Reformer Pilates and had an absolute blast! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and Sarah (the owner) is clearly a passionate business owner who cares deeply about her clients and the community. The studio itself is spotless, modern, and trendy, with plenty of parking available right out front. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in and will definitely be coming back for more classes! Keep up the great work Sarah, and the WRP team!
